ATM First Line Maintenance & Response
Stretching through the Gippsland area to outer Melbourne and the Sapphire Coast of NSW, Zagame Security Group offers ATM First Line Maintenance. Zagame Security Group will provide trained FLM Technicians and Guards to complete the following First Line Maintenance activities:
- Attend site within the specified Service Levels
- Resolve basic non-technical ATM faults that require no parts or tools
- Replace consumables where required
- Cash replenishment as required, using cash already on-site
- Provide detailed site visit information via monthly reporting
- Provide on-site troubleshooting support to facilitate 3rd party or internal escalation
- Restoring communications if the unit is down
- Check the ATM fascia and surrounds for the presence of any unauthorised device and immediately report to the nominated area
- Provide general cleaning of the ATM and surrounds, including the ATM bunker environment
- Report on ATM issues requiring further client attention such as graffiti, surrounding property damage, cash-in-transit errors
- Replace ATM fascia stickers and marketing panels that are worn or damaged, as required
- Ensure on-site personnel safety and ATM security management
